The Charlecote Pheasant Hotel provides the perfect setting for your special day, and our knowledgeable wedding team are here to assist you from the very beginning, right through to the end of your wedding day.

Located opposite St. Leonard’s church, The Hampton suite was originally the old hayloft
dating back to the 16th Century and is situated within the hotel grounds. It is completely
self-contained, including a reception lounge, private outdoor seating, private bar and
function room, plus ample on-site parking.

CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR ENGAGEMENT

The Charlecote Pheasant Hotel provides the perfect setting for wedding day. Located in the quaint village of Charlecote, just 5 miles from Stratford-upon-Avon, your big day will take place in the heart of Shakespeare Country.

You will have exclusive use of our Hampton Suite for your celebration. The self-contained building, just a stone's throw away from the main hotel, was originally the old hayloft and dates back to the 16th century. The suite boasts plenty of character and features a private bar, reception lounge and outdoor terrace.

When it comes to saying 'I Do' there's an abundance of options available. Hold your civil ceremony in our Hampton Suite or opt to tie the knot outdoors in our beautiful Garden Pavilion. If you'd prefer a Church wedding, St. Leonard’s Church is located directly opposite the Hampton Suite.

The Hotel is licensed to hold civil ceremonies and civil partnerships for the
following numbers:

Hampton Suite - up to 120
Garden Pavilion - up to 100

To arrange a Civil Ceremony at The Charlecote Pheasant Hotel you will first
need to check availability with the Registrar’s Office on 01926 413724.

Our team of knowledgeable wedding experts will be on hand from the moment you enquire, right up until the big day itself. They will guide you through the wedding planning process and offer helpful advice along the way.
