Clarion Hotel Charlecote Pheasant

Covid Policy

Dear Guest,

We very much look forward to welcoming you to Clarion Hotel Charlecote Pheasant for your forthcoming stay. Due to the current situation we find ourselves in with the ongoing pandemic and effects of the coronavirus, we thought it would be best to outline a number of things that have changed here at our hotel in line with current government guidelines.

The safety and well-being of our guests and team members remains to be our top priority as well as ensuring that your stay is most enjoyable and comfortable. On entrance to the hotel, we have a designated one way system. We would kindly ask you to follow these steps. Our reception desks have recently been fitted with shield guards and the latest social distancing guidelines are in place. We have hand-sanitiser stations throughout the hotel and we have readily available face-masks and gloves should you require these. We are a cashless business for the foreseeable future and recommend the use of contactless cards for all payments here at the hotel. You will be asked to leave a credit or debit card for pre-authorisation purposes should you wish to charge any additional items back to your bedroom.

The cleaning of our hotel and bedrooms is extremely important to us and our housekeeping teams have undergone intensive Covid related training to minimise any risk of contamination. Our bedroom literature has been removed along with all bedroom telephones. We have created a ‘WhatsApp’ service for you to easily contact our reception team for any assistance or information that you may require throughout your stay. You will get the information for this service on arrival. If you have upgraded to our Feature Bedrooms or Suites, as a temporary measure, our coffee machines, bathrobes and drinks have also been removed but these are available on request.

Breakfast is offered with each stay at an additional price of £9.50 per person (unless this is included within your bedroom rate).

Our restaurant is open from 3pm-9pm Sunday – Thursday and 1pm-9pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Our menu is slightly limited but we are confident that you will be able to find something that you enjoy. We also have a number of hot and cold items that are available 24 hours. Due to the current government guidelines, you are able to sit with your household and one other and we would appreciate it if this could be respected. We would also encourage you to make a dinner reservation should you wish to dine with us.

I hope that this information gives you the confidence when staying with us and we cannot wait to welcome you back to our hotel – it has been a long few months!

In the meantime, if you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Kind Regards,

Reception Team
